Production Notes:
The grapes were harvested from several Marlborough vineyards. The majority of juice in the winery was fermented in-tank at various temperatures, and with various yeasts to capture varietal character and build interest.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of citrus, lime, white florals and grape. Creamy and finely textured palate with apple, quince, mango and yellow plum notes. A touch of candy and nectarine at the end.
